Refund policy

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.

To start a return, you can contact us at charlie@paragonrc.shop. Please include your order number. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 68 Harrison Ave, Suite 603, Boston, Ma 02111 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
